Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, and it's free. Choose Pick up at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready — usually within 24 hours. We're at 11261 Southwest Fwy, Houston, TX 77031, open Tue–Fri 10 AM–6 PM, Sat 10 AM–5 PM and Sun 12–5 PM (closed Mondays).
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from Houston, Texas via UPS or USPS. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves.
Do you ship LiPo batteries?
Yes — by ground service only, to the contiguous 48 states. Batteries can't go to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, and orders with batteries can't be upgraded to air shipping.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on new, unopened items for a full refund. Opened-but-unused items may carry a 15% restocking fee, and batteries, chargers, powered electronics and painted bodies are final sale once opened. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Something's wrong with my new truck. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you and the manufacturer to make it right. Defects that show up later are covered by the Traxxas or Horizon Hobby warranty — we're happy to help you start the claim.
Are your parts genuine?
Everything we sell comes straight from the manufacturer through our authorized Traxxas and Horizon Hobby dealer accounts. No gray-market or knock-off parts, ever.
