Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, and it's free. Choose Pick up at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready — usually within 24 hours on days we're open. We're at 11261 Southwest Fwy, Houston, TX 77031, open Tue–Fri 10 AM–6 PM, Sat 10 AM–5 PM and Sun 12–5 PM (closed Mondays).
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from Houston, Texas via UPS or USPS. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves.
Do you ship LiPo batteries?
Yes — by ground service only, to the contiguous 48 states. Batteries can't go to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, and orders with batteries can't be upgraded to air shipping.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on new, unopened items for a full refund. Opened-but-unused items may carry a 15% restocking fee, and batteries, chargers, powered electronics and painted bodies are final sale once opened. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Something's wrong with my new truck. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you and the manufacturer to make it right. After that, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Traxxas warranties its electronics against manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase and repairs electronics for a flat rate for the life of the part after that; those claims go directly to Traxxas at 1-888-TRAXXAS (1-888-872-9927), and we're happy to help you get started.
Are your parts genuine?
Everything we sell comes straight from the manufacturer through our authorized Traxxas and Horizon Hobby dealer accounts. No gray-market or knock-off parts, ever.
Do I need to buy anything else with a Traxxas truck?
Most models need a battery, a charger and four AA cells for the transmitter, and the chooser on each vehicle page lists exactly what yours needs. More in our guide: New to RC? Start here.
What does 2s or 3s mean?
It's the cell count: a 2s LiPo has two 3.7-volt cells (7.4 volts) and a 3s has three (11.1 volts). More in our guide: Batteries and chargers, explained.
Where is the Traxxas model number?
The manual cover prints it as MODEL plus the number, for example MODEL 58234-8, and if you can't find it, send us a photo of the chassis and box. More in our guide: Find your Traxxas model number.
