Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Please Note: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.      

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and without any modifications or alterations.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form on our Returns page at www.rchobbyshop.com/RMA/. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form we provide you and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Refunds are for the cost of product only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

Returned items must include original contents and packaging.

 

RC Hobby Shop (RCHS, LLC) does not accept or re-sell any used products.

 

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

 

EXCEPTIONS   

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

     ●     Opened & Used or showing any signs of Tampering or Modification

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact the Manufacturer directly. 

 

Any item that has been used – this includes:

  • THE RETURN OF BATTERIES THAT HAVE BEEN CHARGED OR USED IN ANY WAY Kits with a broken protective seal
  • The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise.
  • Special Orders
  • Fuel
  • Radios must be returned with unmounted servos and switch harness.
  • Electronics- This includes any stand alone or installed electronics. If you feel that the electronics you've purchased are defective, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

 

If delivery is refused or returned as undeliverable then the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the standard return fees as shown above.

 

Please do not open a PayPal or Credit Card dispute against the order as that will significantly slow down any possible resolutions for the situation.

 

RECEIVING DAMAGED SHIPMENTS OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If your package was damaged in transit, please take photos immediately and contact an RC Hobby Shop (RCHS, LLC) representative. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the order. No exceptions. WRONG ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the order. No exceptions. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification. RC Hobby Shop (RCHS, LLC) may also require that photos be taken of damaged packages and or parts for inspection purposes. Photos of damaged goods will help us expedite the process and provide a better resolution.

 

NOTE: RC Hobby Shop (RCHS, LLC) is not responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping. If an item is found to be damaged in transit, defective out of the box, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service department and shipping instructions will be given.

 

LOST PACKAGE CLAIMS

 

If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us.

 

Please allow us 2-8 business days to contact the shipping carrier regarding your missing package.

 

Please do not open a PayPal claim against the order, as this will further delay the process.

 

RETURNING PRODUCTS

 

Do not return products containing fuel, lithium polymer batteries or other hazardous materials.

 

All items should be packed to assure no damage is incurred during shipping. RC Hobby Shop (RCHS, LLC) s not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process, nor for packages shipped to, but not received by RC Hobby Shop (RCHS, LLC) (lost in transit). Please insure packages and avoid shipping methods of carriers that do not provide tracking.

Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase. Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of RC Hobby Shop (RCHS, LLC).

Collateral damage is NOT covered by manufacturer's warranty.

 

When applicable, the customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes associated with the service and shipment of product.

When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included.

We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages.

ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging.

Returns sent COD will not be accepted.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service immediately by phone, email, or Facebook Messenger. Every manufacturer's policy is different; in some situations, the manufacturer or supplier may prefer to handle the issue directly and RC Hobby Shop (RCHS, LLC) will not be able to offer you a solution as per our business agreement. In any case, we will help you follow the proper channels in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: RC Hobby Shop reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that is found to be free of defects. The merchandise will be returned to you along with a copy of our testing results.
